Gratitude Flowers
Gratitude Flowers is a small specialty nursery and flower farm growing plants and flowers meant to be enjoyed and shared. We focus on cutting garden plant starts inspired by cottage garden classics, including heirloom varieties and select natives, along with artisan seasonal floral subscriptions, all grown locally in Edgewood, Washington, in the South Puget Sound region near Tacoma.
Cutting garden plant starts
At Gratitude Flowers, we grow cutting garden plant starts for gardeners who want flowers that feel personal and intentional. Our selection centers on classic favorites, including heirloom varieties and select native plants, and lisianthus offered seasonally for long stems, garden performance, and the simple joy of cutting and sharing flowers you grow yourself.
All of our plant starts are grown locally in Edgewood, Washington, from seed or cuttings, without chemicals. Offered seasonally and in small batches, many are available in soil blocks for local gardeners and flower farmers who value strong, well grown plants raised with care.
We also offer thoughtfully curated collections of plant starts, selected for popular cutting varieties and colors that work beautifully together in the garden and in bouquets.
Artisan seasonal floral subscriptions
Our artisan seasonal floral subscriptions are shaped by what is growing seasonally and ready to be shared. Each season features locally grown flowers such as fancy double and peony tulips in spring, followed by fragrant sweet peas in early summer.
These seasonal flower subscriptions are offered for a short window each year and grown in limited quantities. They are designed as an experience rooted in seasonality, local growing, and the pleasure of noticing what is growing locally here now.
Seasonal blooms
Throughout the growing season, we offer local, seasonal bouquets and arrangements in small quantities. Each flower is chosen for character, movement, and beauty, always local, never rushed. What is available changes as the garden changes, reflecting the rhythm of the season.
Growing with intention
Growing flowers locally creates a connection—to the seasons, to the land, and to the people who receive them. Gratitude Flowers exists to make space for that connection through plants meant to be planted and flowers meant to be shared.
